1.前臺(tái)實(shí)習(xí)生:服從前臺(tái)經(jīng)理的全面指示,完成前臺(tái)的日常工作,如酒店房間預(yù)訂、接待、辦理入住和退房手續(xù)等,提供外匯業(yè)務(wù)以及協(xié)助處理客人的問(wèn)詢等,確保所有流程按照朗廷集團(tuán)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),為客人提供滿意的服務(wù)。 Guest Service Agent(Trainee):Under the general direction of the Front Desk Manager and complete the daily work of the front desk, such as hotel room reservation, reception, check-in and check-out procedures, etc., provide foreign exchange business and assist in handling customer inquiries, etc., to ensure that all processes are in accordance with the Langham group standards to provide customers with satisfactory services.
2.服務(wù)中心實(shí)習(xí)生:服從服務(wù)中心主管和經(jīng)理的全面指示,遵循朗廷酒店集團(tuán)的品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn),正確提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的電話服務(wù)。提供最優(yōu)質(zhì)的行政酒廊服務(wù)。最大程度地提高業(yè)務(wù)水平并嚴(yán)格遵守對(duì)客服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),最大程度的滿足貴賓客人的需求。 The Langham Service Agent(Trainee):Under the general direction of The Langham Service Manager & Supervisor, within the limits of established Langham Hotels Group brand standard and provide the excellent operator service. 3.朗廷會(huì)實(shí)習(xí)生:服從朗廷會(huì)經(jīng)理和主管的全面指示,執(zhí)行和遵循朗廷酒店集團(tuán)的品牌標(biāo)準(zhǔn),提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的酒廊服務(wù)如接待、辦理入住和退房手續(xù)、服務(wù)客人用餐、商務(wù)服務(wù)以及協(xié)助處理客人的問(wèn)詢等。最大程度地提高業(yè)務(wù)水平并嚴(yán)格遵守對(duì)客服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),最大程度的滿足貴賓客人的需求。 The Langham Club Butler(Trainee):Under the general direction of The Langham Club Manager & Supervisor, within the limits of established Langham Hotels Group brand standard and provide the excellent club service such as the reception, check in/out, F&B service, business service and assisting them with inquiries. Maximize performance standards and to adhere to guest service standards in order to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction to current and future VIPs.
4.禮賓實(shí)習(xí)生:配合禮賓團(tuán)隊(duì)完成出色服務(wù),大門(mén)入口服務(wù),歡迎,開(kāi)車門(mén),下行李和停車指引;做好大堂服務(wù),包括客人的指引,迎接客人,送別客人,提供叫車服務(wù);積極提供客人感興趣的酒店服務(wù)信息;負(fù)責(zé)挑選,保管和分發(fā)客人的信件及行政信件,并做好無(wú)人接收證件處理,完成準(zhǔn)確的訪客人員登記。 Bell Attendant(Trainee):Cooperate with the concierge team to deliver outstanding services, complete entrance services, including welcome greeting, door assistance, and baggage unloading and parking directions;Provide lobby service, including guest guidance, greeting and seeing off, taxi service;Provide efficient, accurate and complete baggage service, such as delivery, storage, Transfer;Provide information on hotel services of interest and recommend the hotel's outlets and complete accurate visitor registration.
